The size may be adjusted by the artist based on the available space or if your requested text is longer. Please keep this in mind.

Damaged Guarantee

• An issue with the product, quality issue.
• If the product in your order is broken or damaged in the mail.
• If you receive the wrong product in your order.

We will send you a new metal sign at absolutely no charge to you.

Lost Guarantee

• The order is lost in transit, and the actual shipping time exceeds the general shipping timeframe for orders.

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order if you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us.

• An issue with the quality of the print

We will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible if is validated.

We will print & ship a new metal sign for you free of charge.

If for any reason you aren't happy with your print please contact us within 30 days for United States and we will help fix the issue the best we can. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges as each item is one-off and highly personalized. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the ordered wrong size, color, or simply changed of mind.
